Hi, my name is Rhoda Gordon. I am a wife and a mom to 3 beautiful children. Photography is in my blood! I come from a long line of photography enthusiasts, going back over two generations on my father's side. I have been organizing photos, creating montages and photo books most of my adult life. I get most of my creative genes from my mother's side. I truly enjoy creating beautiful graphics for brides, sweet 16's and mitzvahs.
I have a masters degree in electrical engineering, worked at AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, and most recently as an adjunct math instructor at Brookdale Community College. Now, my passion is helping others preserve their beautiful memories in a way they can revisit them again and again. I am certified as a photo organizer by the Association of Personal Photo Organizers (appo.org).
Jackie M : Hi Rhoda, Thank you for making my 25th Anniversary even Better! Tom: "Rhoda is very meticulous, organized and creative. You can trust she treats your pictures as though they were her own."
Vanessa J. : "Everything from the invitations, welcome cards, labels for her bags, just beautiful work!!"
Diane L.: "Thank you so much for everything. You did a fantastic job! I will definitely recommend you and I look forward to working with you in the near future."
Joe F. : "Rhoda is very professional. She restored and enlarged the only 2 pictures I have of my mom. They mean so much to me."
Catherine C. : "Before Rhoda helped me organize my photos, I felt overwhelmed. Once my project was underway, I felt calm knowing where my photos were and that they were safe."
Routinely, this is the time of year I become super busy digitizing my clients' precious memories. So often, I get inquiries from potential clients who are downsizing or have inherited boxes of photos, slides, and movies asking, "Are there benefits to digitizing my memories?" The short answer: YES! It's risky to leave photo albums, reel films, and videotapes stuck in a box through humid, hot, and sunny days. Humidity and sunlight can cause damage and degradation to your precious memories, often discoloring them or completely ruining them.
